Ana Lima is invited professor at the Departament of Information System of the University of Minho. Also, Ana Lima is Technical Director and EPMQ Lab (IT Engineering Process, Maturity and Quality) development coordinator at CCG. She is graduated as a Computer Graphics Engineer, obtained a MSc degree in Engineering and Management of Information Systems and a PhD degree in Information Systems and Technology. She is the author and co-author of scientific publications in the area of Project Management, Software Process Improvement and Software Engineering. She participated in several European and national projects as researcher and project management (more 60 projects). She is also expert and auditor of R&D projects, and, integrated in the research group SEMAG (http://semag.algoritmi.uminho.pt/) of the ALGORITMI Center of University of Minho.
